Remedy to Rid Of Dark Knees And Elbows Naturally

Sugar and Olive Oil
Make a thick paste using an equal amount of sugar and olive oil. Apply it on your knees and elbows and exfoliate them. Wash the paste off with soap and water.

Baking Soda
Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with a little water to form a paste. Apply it on your knees and elbows and leave it on for 5 minutes. After that rub the knees and elbows and rinse with lukewarm water.

Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera is well known for its use in skin treatments. The Aloe Vera gel helps in reducing the dark spots on the skin caused by sun exposure. Simply apply Aloe Vera gel on your knees and elbows and leave it for about 30 minutes. This will give you fresh and healthy look to your skin.

Lemon
Lemon is a good bleaching agent. It will help your skin to become brighter. Apply some lemon juice on your dark skin and keep it for 30-40 minutes. Repeat this procedure every day for noticeable results.

Hydrogen Peroxide
Apply some diluted hydrogen peroxide on your knees and elbows and massage them for 10-15 minutes. You will soon see dark skin coming off.

Turmeric, Milk and Honey
Turmeric has strong antiseptic properties. Milk works as a bleach and honey moisturizes the dry skin. Make a mixture of turmeric powder, milk and honey. Apply this paste on dark skin spots and leave it for 25 minutes. Rinse it off with water.

Almonds
Almonds are high in vitamin E which helps to get rid of dark skin spots. Make a paste of ground almonds and scrub your knees and elbows with it. The dead skin cells will be removed with this treatment.
